I'm Baaaack...For Day 28!!!

Hello!!!!! Wow, it has been weeks since I have had the chance to write!  Life got a bit crazy with the Super Bowl being here and having to work over 100 hours in 10 days!  Now that it's over, I have time to talk about my life over the past few weeks.  Things have been going really well. Unfortunately, around Day 17, I was informed by my doctor that I had an excess of waste in my blood and had to eat my juice on occasion.  So, every few days I am eating a nice raw veggie meal, instead of putting it in the juicer.  The first few times I had to eat, I felt really bad, thinking that I had failed!  Then, after talking to some amazing friends, I remembered that this is my new life, and there is no failure possible! I have already changed everything about my diet and there is no going back to my old ways!!! My feast has just taken on a new path!
Newest news, is that I have finally decided on a gym to join! I thought I could do it all at home, but, after taking the tour through Anytime Fitness, I realized that a gym is what I need to keep me motivated and to really take the weight off.  And, now that we are talking about weight, I am 25 lbs down!!!  It's not quite as much as I wanted, but, it's pretty damn good!!!I feel better and have actually gotten some comments concerning my weight!
Now let's talk about inspiration and motivation!!  When I first started my feast, I was only concerned with keeping myself inspired and motivated!  As things have continued, I realize that I am starting to motivate and inspire others to try some juice!!!  Every time I go to the store, people comment on my produce, and want to know about my juice!  Also, my good friend John bought a juicer and is now juicing daily and is really excited about the amazing combinations of juice and how he feels after each glass!!! It's really exciting to pass on my knowledge and start to actually be an inspiration to others!!!  I am excited for the rest of my journey and to see what my new life will bring me!!!  Until next time...

  2. The rotating action in a centrifugal juicer generates heat. The heat oxidizes the nutrients and enzymes in the fruit or vegetable while it is being juiced. This reduces the nutrient value of the juice considerably.cold press juicer online in India
